Work House kids and Injurys

It has been so long and so much has happened I have no idea where to start so it might be a little out of order, but life has been CRAZY!!!! Josh fractured his foot while he was getting out of his truck, yes leave it to him to do something as...smart as that! He went to the Dr and they decided that it would be best if they operated because if they didn't it may never of healed and it could have been hurting him for at least 4 mo up to a few years. Surgery went fine and he had to be on crutches for 4 weeks and is supposed to wear a boot for another 2 weeks after that. I was so stressed and didn't know what to do I still had to work still had to take care of him and the kids and work 35 hours a week on the house. Luckily I had some great family and a great ward I worked 28 hours a week on the house worked a few shifts at great clips and josh was able to watch the kids while I was gone I have to admit it was nice for a little while to get out of the house but it was so exhausting especially to come home and still have to take care of josh the kids and the house, never the less I made it through and I am still alive to talk about it! I thought I took some pics of Josh's foot but I guess I never did. They only did a small opening and put in a 4 mm screw in his foot but it was so swollen.

I have the craziest kids ever the following was there ideas and their ideas ONLY with NO influence from dad, surprisingly! They were putting drinks in the fridge for Josh and when they were done they put the boxes on their heads and danced and acted CRAZY!

Another night when I came home from work the girls showed me a trick they had been doing all night while I was gone! They took the lids to their toy boxes and slid down the stairs. I was a little freaked out at first but after watching a few times I found it quite amusing, silly kids!

The girls helping me do some house work, even though I had to watch every second because our vacuum is super powerful and will destroy the cord or whatever else it runs over.

I am going to make you all a little jealous! We have the GREATEST bishop ever! He has helped us so much in the last 5 month more that I think he even realises! We really appreciate him, the girls love to torture him and he just laughs through it all!

Kenley had her birthday party at the bowling alley I didn't know how the girls would do but they loved it expecually Remi she could do it all by herself, it was defiantly a fun party!

On Saturday josh and I went out to eat and linsey and the girls made chocolate covered strawberries they looked pretty good!

Valentines day me and the girls made cookies and decorated them, they were pretty delicious if I do say so myself! ha ha

Josh got me what I have been wanting for quite a while, A nice watch! I can't wear inexpensive watches because I will break out in a rash so I am excited for my first watch! YEA! Thanks honey you are they greatest, I love you so much and not just because you spoil me!

Hudson is still the cutesiest ever! He has 4 teeth and he still loves to eat! We call him the hoover because he is like the vacuum cleaner except he is worse because he also eats the carpet. I often feel like I just follow him around clean out his mouth. He  is a busy guy much more than my girls but he can play by himself. He is almost crawling he will get up on his knees and then he will take one little crawl and get his feet tangled and just lay on his belly. He has started jabbering he is going to be a funny kid when he gets older!

We got a table I am so excited we haven't had one in 18 mo I love it!

I have been working on the house a lot with lots of help we really appreciate it! We tyvecked our house it went really fast and the guys did a great job, kallen, darrin (josh's uncle) and John (our soon to be neighbor)

Our house then got insulated it was a big mess and looked like it snowed all over in our house.

Then soon after we started shingling yes I did help and it was SUPER scary! I am a big baby! The boys were nice enough to let me just sit or stand there and throw shingles at them or hold the light. Here are the 3 greatest neighbors they roofed my whole house in 3 nights! Aris Reyes, Randy Hyer and John Allen!

Wahooo Drywall I went and watch them do drywall for a little bit they were so fast! They finished my whole house in one day, I was pretty amazed! Garage

Today they started mudding and taping which is really nice because it is in the 50's so it should turn out pretty good!

On Saturday they got our timber posts in! We really like them already!

It was my 5 year anniversary at work they gave me a pin

I saved the best for last well in my oppion it was the worst for last! last Thursday I was working on the house putting brackets in a garage I was on a big ladder it was really angled and I was almost laying on it the other ladders were too short so I tried to make do with what I had I got about 4 brackets done and was working on the 5th one and I don't even remember what happened all I remember thinking was I think I am falling. The ladder fell and I fell with it. I landed rolled off the ladder and thought well no one even knows I am here or hurt so I started screaming for help. The people on the roof got down and started to look for me I blacked out for a little while and remembered having a conversation with myself of how bad it would be if I would fall off the ladder. the next thing I knew I was screaming and saw one of the girls coming towards me. She told me she was going to call the ambulance but I refused so they called josh. Josh got there and decided he was going to take me to the ER by the way he just got off crutches that day! I stood up and thought I broke my knee lifted up my pant leg and realised I had a huge gouge in my knee.

 I was crying and hyperventilating I thought I had broken my knee and hurt my chest. They did multiple x rays and no broken anything thankfully! I was bruised everywhere shins, legs, arms and chest, I got 15 stitches on my knee and was sent on my way telling me not to bend my knee and I should wear a brace. The brace hurts to wear and puts extra weight and pressure on my knee when I walk so I don't wear it. Two days after I was laying on my bed talking to Remi, Cheyane came up on the bed and without notice jumped on my leg it hurt so bad I thought my stitches came out, but I survived. at least now I have a good excuse to take a break from the houses for a little bit. I get the stitches out on the 24th! I will defiantly have a good scar! I sure hope josh and I are done with our bad luck for a while!
