How I did it
Well if you are wondering my secrets here it is: diet and exercise!!!!!!! YEAH FUN HUH! I still don't look that good I still have a big belly so the picture will come when I REALLY LOOK GOOD! but I am really building muscle and I don't have as much flab so yeah! I try to exercise 5 days a week 45 min to an hour and a half depending on the day I have drastically changed my diet no more carbs no more sugar no more starch! Its not very much fun but I figure until I get down to where I want to be that is just the sacrifice I am going to have to make! I am still working out with my personal trainer once a week! well that is the secret that you probably already knew!
