Marshmallow Candy Popcorn
4 quarts popcorn
1 c butter
1 ½ c sugar
½ c corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
2 c pecan (optional)
3 c mini marshmallows
1 ½ c gummy drops (optional)
Mix popcorn, nuts, marshmallows & gummy drops in large bowl. Melt butter add sugar & syrup. Bring to a boil, stir & simmer 3 minutes add vanilla. Mix all together, mold, & cool.
Its so easy I made 7 batches in one day!!!
